Robert McCardle SR (220) and David Fitzpatrick, JR (170) competed at the Division II District Wrestling Tournament at Norwalk High School this weekend. District qualifiers enter the weekend with hopes of extending their season one more week by placing in the top 4 in their respective weight classes and qualifying to the OHSAA State Tournament
The Clipper Wrestling Team finished in 9th place at the Division II Sectional at Bay Village High School. Placing for the Clippers were Oscar Rivera (106) – 6th place, Jacob Kessler (160) – 5th place & District Alternate, David Fitzpatrick (170) – 2nd place & District Qualifier, Robert McCardle (220) – 2nd place & District
The Clearview Wrestling team competed at the first LC8 Championship meet at Wellington High School on Saturday. The Clippers had two 3rd place finishers and four 4th place finishers. Taking home some hardware for the Clippers was Oscar Rivera (106) – 1st place, Sean Kane (113) – 2nd place, Myles Huff (120) – 3rd place, Sherod Bullard (126) – 2nd place, Jeri Ruiz (160) – 2nd place,
