Jaylen Paschel has signed with Owens Community College to continue his education and basketball career.  Jaylen plans on majoring in Business Administration while playing for the Express.  He will be missed as an integral part of the Clearview basketball and football programs as an outstanding player and teammate.

Jaylen Paschel, Clearview High School: Paschel comes to the Express from Clearview High School in Lorain, OH. Paschel helped the Clippers to a 17-7 overall record and a sectional final appearance. He averaged 12 points per game and four rebounds a game. Under the direction of coach John Szalay, Paschel was an All PAC First Team selection. He was also an All-Ohio Honorable Mention. Paschel was also a standout player for football during his time at Clearview. He was an All County defensive back during the football season and he was also a First Team All PAC selection as well.

Coach Bruce Johnson on Jaylen Paschel: “We are really excited to welcome Jaylen into our family. His combination of competitiveness, toughness, athleticism and versatility is very well suited for not only junior college but for our conference. We expect him to contribute immediately. ”
