BROOKLYN — The Clearview Clippers closed the regular season with a 53-23 win over Brooklyn in Patriot Athletic Conference Stripes Division action on Wednesday night.
It was a night of farewells, as Brooklyn said farewell to their seniors on Senior Night. Tonight also marked the final girls basketball game the Clippers will play in the Patriot Athletic Conference before moving to the Lorain County League next season, while Brooklyn moves to the Chagrin Valley Conference.
The night began with a touching moment – Brooklyn senior Yanalee Ramos made her first start since tearing her ACL in a game against Clearview last season, and scored the first basket of the game. Congratulations to Yanalee on a great career.
